Our philosophy

PETER BRAUN PERSONALBERATUNG GMBH is a traditional Bremen company, established by Peter Braun in 1982. In addition to the founder the company has two further partners: Hans Gehrt v. Aderkas and Cornelia Hopp.

We are members of the German consultancy association BDU e.V. and are committed to the principles of professional, qualified and sustainable recruitment consulting. We guarantee absolute confidentiality, objective assessment and individual advice that goes well beyond the specific sourcing process.

We and our staff work to provide our clients with efficient, lasting support to fill their vacant positions. We are a medium-sized consultancy, proud of our Hanseatic reputation for dependability, and enjoy equal respect from candidates and our long-term clients, who consider us to be a trustworthy partner focused on solutions.
